Beautiful hotel, conveniently located near the ski slope. The breakfast was great and the dinners, especially with the half-board option, were excellent. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus.
The sauna closing at 19:00 was a bit inconvenient, but the receptionist kindly allowed us to use it until 21:00. It would be better if the sauna was open later for guests who arrive later.

Though only one day we passed at this hotel, we were pleased a lot with its facilities especiallly in terms of spa & wellness center. Having passed a cold day at dolemities, you can relax over there with tranquility. The location is nearly settled to the ski lifts and very good position to make trekking as well for whom are not skiing. Everything is good and this hotel is deserved at least 9 point from my point of view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the mountains was perfect for us, as we were able to easily access the ski slope without needing to use our car every day. The hotel facilities, especially the outside heated swimming pool, were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms and bathrooms being lovely and clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we especially appreciated the receptionist's kind approach when we arrived late and were offered extra time in the sauna. Another highlight was the quality and variety of the breakfast and dinner options, with generous portions and a great selection of food.
Nothing bad to say.

Relaxing,peaceful surroundings
Evening dinner a little to rushed and food quality at dinner could be improved. We chose not to move from the hotel during our stay, had we down so we would have had to drive to far to visit other places.

Excellent value for money.
Nowadays one should ask for a room on the other side of the hotel (valley view) than the reception is as there are construction works going on in neighbouring hotel facing the reception.

Great food options and friendly staff. Convenient location with easy access to local attractions. the spa facilities were excellent and provided just the right kind of relaxation we needed to unwind.
The rooms were not properly cleaned and it smelled musty.

A lovely hotel in a nice valley. Facilities were top notch and well appointed. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive in the reception area.
The Gala meal on our second night was 7 courses and took a long time to serve, we would have preferred the standard meals we had the other evenings.

Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding valleys from their well-maintained rooms. the Tirol-styled rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the staff is gentle and attentive, ensuring excellent service throughout your stay. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
The menu at the restaurant can become repetitive, with limited variety in ingredients.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The location was perfect for enjoying both the ski slopes and the stunning views. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They even upgraded my room and surprised me with a birthday present and card. The food was of excellent quality with generous portions, and the breakfast and dinner options were diverse and delicious. The room and bathroom were clean and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel also offered excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a spa and wellness center, and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
